Fiverr account got suspended out of nowhere

Trent
So I got my wife set up on Fiverr to help out with some gigs since we needed the extra income. Created her a separate account, everything seemed fine, we were both working our own clients for a couple months with zero issues. This morning I wake up and my account's got that lovely "suspended" message plastered across it. No real explanation, just some generic line about violating terms of service pending investigation. Support hasn't responded to anything yet. Is this because we have two accounts running from the same house, or could there be something else triggering their system? Really trying to figure out what went wrong here.

Fiverr's automated systems are trigger-happy as hell, they'll flag accounts for the weirdest reasons and leave you hanging while they sort it out. Sometimes it's IP address stuff, sometimes it's payment methods that look suspicious to them, other times it's just their bot getting confused. The fact that you're both working from the same location could definitely set off red flags in their system since they're paranoid about people running multiple accounts to game rankings or dodge previous bans. They don't really tell you upfront what tripped the wire, you just get the suspension notice and then wait around hoping support actually gets back to you within a reasonable timeframe.

Platforms like Fiverr have gotten super aggressive with account monitoring lately because too many people were abusing the system. The problem is their detection tools can't tell the difference between a legit household situation and someone trying to pull shady moves. You might want to read up on why Fiverr accounts get suspended and how to avoid it going forward here https://gologin.com/blog/fiverr-account-suspended/ . The article breaks down common triggers and what actually violates their policies versus what just looks sketchy to their algorithms. Might help you figure out what happened and how to handle the appeal when support finally responds.
